Recognized standard: 1 agent per 100 attendees at high-risk events (rock concert, festival with alcohol), 1 per 250 for corporate or family events. We quote based on your profile.
Do you coordinate with SPVM or SQ?

Yes. For major events, we systematically coordinate with local police for traffic planning, crisis intervention and evacuation protocols.
Can you provide searchers and stewards?

Yes. Our teams include BSP agents, searchers and stewards as needed. For events with alcohol or minor audiences, we also train in age verification and over-intoxication prevention.
Do you cover regional festivals?

Yes. AEE Security operates at festivals throughout Quebec, including tourist regions (Charlevoix, Laurentians, Eastern Townships). Agent logistics planned contractually.
Lead time to plan a large event?

Ideally 30 to 90 days for a major event (>5,000 attendees) to validate the plan with authorities and brief the team. For small corporate events, 1-2 weeks is enough.
