What is your alarm response time?

Response time depends on the covered zone, patrol route and nearest vehicle distance. Timelines are defined clearly in the contract with your monitoring center.
How many visits per night do you recommend?

For a standard commercial site: 2 to 4 randomized visits per night. For a high-risk site or construction: 4 to 8 visits. Our operations director recommends an adapted plan during the quote.
Are your vehicles tracked in real time?

Yes. Our agents check in at each stop via a mobile app. You can request read-only access to verify visit history.
Do you also patrol during the day?

Yes. Daytime mobile patrol is used for condo checks, industrial parks, vehicle lots and construction sites closed on weekends.
Are you connected to my alarm monitoring?
